Homebound seniors may now find it easier to vote. The Federal Election Commission has created a National Voter Registration Form. This form is accepted by most states (including Colorado) and allows the voter to register from the comfort of home. Once registered, the individual can apply for absentee ballots, allowing him or her to complete the entire process through the mail.
