Legitimacy of Children: Childrenborn in or out of wedlock are legitimate children of father andmother and their blood and adopted relatives.

Prohibited Marriages: Marriage toone whose previous marriage has not been terminated by death ordivorce; between ancestor and defendant, uncle and niece, auntand nephew, brother and sister and corresponding in-lawrelationships.
