Grounds: Adultery; cruelty orviolence; desertion; drug/alcohol addiction; nonsupport;conviction of crime; prior marriage undissolved; fraudulentcontract; other party procures a divorce out of state.

Residency: Plaintiff must have beenresident 6 months.

Waiting Period: Decree immediatelyfinal, but court may order conciliation period for up to 90 days.

No Fault: Separation;incompatibility.

Defenses: Abolished by 3105.62 to3105.65
