Grounds: dultery; desertion;insanity; conviction of crime; cruelty; voluntary separationgrounds for limited divorce.

Residency: If grounds occurredoutside the state, one party must have resided in state 1 yearbefore filing.

Waiting Period: Upon meetingrequirements, absolute divorce granted.

No Fault: Separation (voluntary for12 months); limited divorce for cruelty, separation; desertion.

Defenses: Condonation is factor butnot absolute bar.
