Residency: Resident for 12 monthsbefore filing or 1 party domiciliary at time of marriage andreturned with intent to stay or the cause for dissolutionoccurred after either moved to the state.

Waiting Period: 90 days.

No Fault: Irretrievable breakdown;separation.
