CodeSection: 25.24.050; 25.24.080; 25.24.120, 130, 200 Residency: When marriage issolemnized in state and plaintiff is resident, divorce action maybe brought; may also use spouse’s residency for marriage notsolemnized in Alaska. Waiting Period: Final decree enteredon determination but 30 days must elapse between filing andtrial. No Fault: Separation. Defenses: For adultery, procurement,connivance, express or implied forgiveness, dual guilt, orwaiting over 2 years to bring action; procurement or expressforgiveness is defense to any other ground.
